    A. 6, ML SEP i 5 1931 Lo» Angelas, California, 431 Pacific Electric Bldg., September 15, 1931. Re- Water Rates- Las Vegas. Mr. J. F. Shaughnassy, Chairman, Public 3ervice Commission of Nevada, Garson City, Nevada. Dear Mr. Shaughnessy: In discussing this matter with you by telephone this morning, you called my attention to the impression we have left with, you from time to time that we were considering taking over the different water services adjacent to Clark’s Las Vegas townsite with a view of furnishing service under one general schedule, which is true. In order to carry out this general program we have from time to time acquired by purchase and In some instances by practically a donation, certain subdivisions that wished service under the rates applied to Las Vegas Land and Water namely, Buck’s Addition, Hawkins* Addition, South Addition and the Fairview Tract by purchase, and the Park View Addition by practically a donation. For some period of time we have been considering taking over the Wardie Addition and, as I understand it, negotiations are still pending with South Nevada Land and Development Company with a view of eventually taking over this subdivision, Just what the present status is I cannot say, but I will make inquiry and advise you. With kindest personal regards, I am WRB LAM FRM-H F. II. M G M M E E
