^balance payable ^45 per month, with interest at rate of 7% per annum, together with certain other conditions; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-*agreement, dated April 22, 1940, signed by Santa Pe Land Improvement Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, addressed to C. P. Dixon, 802 Robinson St., Los Angeles, California, amending, effective March 15, 1940, agreement between said parties dated June 24, 1939, granting said C. P. Dixon license to use as site for automobile parking station, two lots on Aliso Street, east of Alameda Street, Los Angeles, Calif, (purchased by said SPLICo. and LVL&WCo. in connection with construction of Los Angeles Union Passenger Terminal), as follows: 1. In Par. 3 of Art. II that portion reading: "minimum rental of $200,00 per month" shall be and hereby is changed and amended to read: "minimum rental of $150.00 per month." 2. In Par. 4 of Art. II that portion reading: "the sum of $400.00 to cover the rental for the last two (2) months" shall be and hereby is changed and amended to read; "the sum of $300.00 to cover the rental for the last two (2) months"* and extending the term of said license to March 15, 1942; subject to termination by either the first parties or the second party upon 60 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
