V RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing C.L.D, No. 7X32-1, assignment of Contract Audit No. 6^78 9 , dated July 19, 19i|6, whereby, effective August 29, 1961, Spencer Kellogg and Sons, Inc. assigns to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, with consent of Union Pacific Railroad Company, agreement covering conditions of sale of land and tracks at Terminal Island, Long Beach, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing C.L.D, No. 838I1.-I, assignment of Contract Audit No. 682+25, dated October 15, 192+7, whereby, effective August 29, 1961, Spencer Kellogg and Sons, Inc., assigns to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, with consent of Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, agreement covering maintenance and operation of existing industry tracks, Terminal Island, Long Beach, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
