    Licensor and Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, from any liability for damage by water to the said premises. License may be termin­ated by either party on thirty days notice, and upon termin­ation Licensee shall, within thirty days, remove all structures and property not belonging to Licensor, and restore surface to good condition. Licensor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to growing crops in the event of termination. Licensee shall pay for any permit or license for the use and occupancy of said premises. Licensor shall be free from all liability and claim for damages by reason of any injury to any person or persons or property of any kind from any cause, and Licensee agrees to indemnify Licensor from all liability, loss, cost and obligations, and further agrees to keep in force public liabil­ity and property damage insurance. License shall be effective from July 1, 1965 to December 31» 1965» an<3- shall not be assign­ed without written consent of Licensor; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing quitclaim bearing C„L.D. No. 15261, dated October 7» 1965» "by which Las Vegas Land and Water Company does quitclaim to Union Pacific Railroad Company all right, title and interest in and to all minerals and min­eral rights, together with the right to explore for, remove and dispose of said minerals, but without entering upon or using the surface of the lands described in said quitclaim, in such manner as not to damage the surface of the lands, as -5-
