In order to hurry along the Form 30 submission for this garage, I will appreciate it if you will have your Assistant Engineer at Las Tegaa prepare a rough sketch showing location of garage with respect to streets, etc., so we can prepare Form 30 prints, also we should have information concerning electric lights so this oost can be included in the Form 30; also water connection if same is desired. In other words we want to know what makes up the difference between #346.00 representing the lowest bid submitted by contractors, as stated in Mr. Bracken's letter of April 19th, and the amount of #760.00 quoted in his letter of April 8th. vacate the present garage in the near future, suggest you give this matter preferred attention.
