However, records show that it was replaced by a new easement due to a change in plans of Mr. Petersen. Shis new easement is shown on ray list as being dated March 29, 1950, recorded March 31, 1950, as Document Ho. 336365, and. filed in the Auditor's Office with G.A. #10526.
