    File Memo At 4:30AM, Wednesday, May 18th, 1938, weir measure­ments were taken of entire water supply, from wells and springs. Present were: Walter B. Bracken C. D. Baker (Oity Engineer) Go H« Jameson (assisting Baker) T. E. Connolly (LVL&ICo) A. M, Folger * Wes Neeley B All valves were closed on transmission mains at the reservoir and measurement at weir disclosed a head of 8.4 inches, which equalled, according to the table, 7,53 second feet. By computation, this was equal to 4,859,965 gallons per day available for city, railroad company, PFE Go and stook yards. Mr. 0. D, Baker is Oity and County Engineer and Mr. Jameson is depty State Water Surveyor and well experienced in taking water ne asurements through­out the State. Las Vegas, May 18, 1938.
