On page 38, paragraph 13710, mention is made of “two-spot?* weights. Same indicates that after December 31, 1941, such “two-spot” weighing must be discontinued. Please advise i f such- a provision covers ra ilro ad car scales, as our track scales at East Yard w i ll only accomodate a 50 f t . car for weighing at one spot, and longer cars must be weighed by placing one end of car on scale at a time.
