Commissioners yesterday also I named candidates for each of 1 I the seven divisions from a list j I of names proposed by the cham- j 1 her of commerce. District Attorney Robert E. : Jones said qualified voters will | have two propositions to decide: One—should the water district be created?; and two— j vote for one candidate to represent them in their particular ] division. - Generally the following divisions will be created, and voters ! from these divisions will vote on t creation of the district and for ] one director. These were Pitt- 1 man, Whitney, Army air base, I North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Par- ! adise Valley and the highway I 91 strip.
