This proposal will require dedication of a certain portion and/or property owned by the Union Pacific Railroad on M. ninth Street for street purposes* Please advise the writer relative to the willingness of the Union Pacific to make such a dedi­cation and if your answer is in the affirmative, we shall be glad to prepare the necessary Deed, giving the proper legal description of the right of v&y $*e^* quired for the signatures of the officials of your company.
