s On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing lease agreement Audit 10521, dated December 21, 1949, with Main Auto Parts & Metals, Inc., Lessee, covering location on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, to be used as site for handling automotive parts; term, beginning December 1, 1949, and extending to December 1, 1954; rental $40 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing consent to assignment C.L.D. No. 10361, dated December 31, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Corp. to Macco Corporation of lease agreement Audit No. 10481, dated December 1, 1948, with J. M. Robertson, J. B. Kitt and L. L. Bendinger, doing business as Signal Pipe Line Construction Company, covering site at Signal Hill, Calif, for automobile parking; term November 1, 1948, to October 31, 1950; rental $120 per annum, payable semiannually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ written notice; said lease Audit No. 10481 having been assigned April 25, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Construction Company to Signal Pipe Line Corp.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing consent to assignment -2-
