X believe the scheme proposed by Mr,Gibbon a very feasible one and think we can work it out on these lines without any serious delay. Please give me your views in the matter as quickly as possible in order that we may be able to get it under way. X have also-asked Mr.Gibbon to address a letter to the Committee in regard to the price of lots, building restrictions, and, whether or not we shall put in a liquor clause} the latter, 1 think, very essential* As soon as X hear from him, will advise you.
