AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION IV OF ORDINANCE NO. 378, REFERRED TO AS SECTION 10, CHAPTER 24, OF THE LAS VEGAS CITY CODE, 1949, BY AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN MAP ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, AND CHANGING THE ZONE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN AREAS ON THE SAID MAP. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Land Use Plan Map adopted by Section IV of Ordinance No. 378, also referred to as Section 10, Chapter 24, Code of the City of Las Vegas, 1949, is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) FROM R-1 to B-3 A portion of the NE¼ SE¼ SE¼ NE¼ of Section 27, T20S, R61E, MDB&M. This property is generally located on the west side of North 5th Street, north of the Alpine Village and has a frontage of approximately 120 feet and a depth of 220 feet. (b) FROM R-3 to C-1 Lot 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 22 of the resubdivision of Block 13 and portions of Blocks 21 and 22, Wardie Addition. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final reading and adoption, and final publication as in the next section provided. SECTION 4. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first read­ing and adoption in the Las Vegas Sun a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas.
