Las Vegas, Nevada, August 23, 1939. Mr. Walter R. Bracken: As per your verbal request, I have prepared and enclose herewith, approved as to form, original duplicates and two extra copies of agreement between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and John Frewalt pertaining to the drill-ing of an artesian well on the Las Vegas Ranch. If the terms hereof are in accordance with the understanding of the parties, this agree-ment should be signed in duplicate by the Con-tractor and then executed by Las Vegas Land and Water Company by its proper officers. You will notice that there is no pro-vision made for the Contractor to furnish bond for the faithful performance of this agreement on his part. When finally executed the agreement should be returned to this office for approval as to execution, and distribution of copies. Leo A. McNamee. LAMc-fmd encs.
