    SEWER SERVICE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 100-25 TOWING SERVICE Bids to be Let Mr. Trent stated that these items would cost approximately $10,000. Thereafter Commissioner Bunker moved this request be approved subject to there being funds available. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. City Attorney Howard W. Cannon reported that he had written to all the Strip Hotels, North Las Vegas and Sherwood Park concerning sewer service. He stated that only the El Rancho Vegas had answered his letter, and had sent a check to pay their sewer rental service until January 1, 1955. City Attorney Howard W. Cannon reported that Nevada Electric, Contractor on Assessment District No. 100-25, had informed him that they have an extension of time on the poles until December 1, 1954. He also stated that Mr. Manente of the First National Bank had told him that they could wait until January 1, 1955 to take delivery on the bonds. Chief of Police A. H. Kennedy requested that the Board call for bids for a contract for towing service for the Police Department. Thereafter Commissioner Whipple moved that these bids be opened on December 1, 1954 at 7:30 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, Commissioner Sharp moved that this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING Date: November 10, 1954 TO: SHIRLEY BALLINGER, City Clerk Las Vegas, Nevada A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada is hereby called to be held in the Mayor's Office of the City Hall, on the 10th day of November, 1954, at the hour of 4:30 P.M. to consider the following matters: 1. Proposed ordinance on specialty plumbers licenses. 2. North 9th Street grading. 3. Police Report on Juvenile situation. /s/ C. D. BAKER____________ Mayor NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO: C. D. CANNON, City Attorney of the City of Las Vegas. You and each of you will please take notice that pursuant to a call this day issued by Mayor Baker, a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, will be held in the Mayor's Office of the City Hall, 5th and Stewart, on the 10th day of November, 1954 at the hour of 4:30 P.M. to consider the following matters: 1.
