This is in aooordanoe with our telephone conversation. The lessee of your property, Hev&da Iron it Metals, Ltd. has requested this realignment in conjunction with an intended use and oooupancy of the property, which we underetand will be the installation of a large scale on the northerly portion of this lot for the weighing of vehicles.
