    Land Company, to State of Nevada Highway Department, called "State" for right of way for highway purposes only over the following property: Parcel No. 1 Parcel of land in City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, being a portion of NW-I/I4. of Section 26, T. 20S., R. 6lE., MDB&Mj Parcel No. 2 Parcel of land in City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, being a portion of SE-l/lj. of Section 27, T. 20S., R. 6lE., MDB&M; Excepting And reserving unto the Land Company: (1) All mineral and mineral rights without right of entry; (2) All water and water rights and right to dril}. for, produce and put to beneficial use without right of i entry; and subject to: General and special taxes for year 19S k i The easement granted to the State over Parcel No. 2 shall be subject to the flow of waters of Las Vegas Creek over said parcel; All valid and existing contracts, leases, liens or encumbrances which may affect said property; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman, in executing Agreement C.D. No. l).0829 (CA-1077U) dated August 30, 195i|» between LVL&WCo.,called "Land Company" and Irvine B. Ziegman, called "Purchaser", covering sale to Purchaser of Lots 1 to 8, inclusive, Block 22, of Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, at Second and Lewis Streets, Las Vegas, Nevada, together,with all improvements thereon excepting and reserving to Land Company all minerals -9-
