\ Chairman announced that nominations were in order for the election of Assistant Secretary, to fill vacancy created by the resignation of F. D. Cope. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, P. A. Schmitz was nominated and unanimously elected to the office of Assistant Secretary, effective October 6, 1967.
