Bracken, Vlee-Pres., Las Vegas Land and Water Co., Lae Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Thomas A. Campbell, Campbell Realty Company, Las Vegas, Nevada. This letter mill serve as a commitment that the Las Vegas Land and Water Company will sell to you the parcel of land colored in purple and outlined in black on the attached map, con­taining an area of four (%) acres, more or less, at price of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) per acre, payable upon delivery to you of fully executed deed and certificate of title. The Las Vegas Land and Water Company makes the further commitment that it will cause to be built, without cost to you, that portion of track indicated by yellow and broken yellow line on the attaohed print, and will cause to be built at your sole oost, upon receipt of governmental authority for use of materials, that portion of track colored in green upon the print, or such portion of it as you may later determine is required. Owing to absence of exact data upon the parcel to be sold it will be necessary to make a survey, tying in this property to existing monuments. With our limited manpower and the demands of the Army and Navy in the Los Angeles area, it may be a week or ten days before this survey oan be completed and deed description (1)
