Classes of Consumers - Where two or more classifica­tions of consumers are served by one service, each classification will be separately rated. 5. Discontinuance of Charges - Water rates will be charged for all services whether the premises are occupied or not until service shall be, in writing, ordered discontinued. 6o Resuming Service - When service is discontinued pur­suant to Rules 5 and 5, it will not be re-established until all de­linquent charges are paid. 7. Emergency Shut-Offs - The Water Company may shut off water, without notice, for the purpose of making repairs or exten­sions » 8.
