It is agreed that you shall not have the authority to incur any costs or expenses or contract for or on our behalf except with our prior written consent. 7. You agree to provide your services exclusively to us during the period of your employment hereunder. 8. We shall own all results and proceeds of your services hereunder without any limitation of any kind or nature and with the right to use said results and proceeds in any and all media at any time. 9. At any time prior to the opening of the Revue, we shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the MGM Grand Hotel project is abandoned prior to completion. In such an event* you shall be given written notice and we shall be obligated to you only for compensation accrued to the date of such notice. This Agreement shall be immediately terminable by us in the event of a default by you hereunder or if you are unable to perform your duties as contemplated hereunder by reason of death or by reason of illness or incapacity for a period of seven (7) consecutive days or an aggregate of fourteen (14) days from the commencement of services hereunder.
