    \ (d) That certain easement to County Sanitation District No® 15 of Los Angeles County for sewer purposes9 recorded in Book D~2007, page 292, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California® (e) Those certain actions pending in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Los Angeles, Cases Nos® 855086 and 873792, to acquire right of way for drainage and flood control purposes® (f) Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record® Deed shall except oil, gas and other minerals in and to the land in language reading substantially as follows: ’’Excepting from this grant and reserving unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns forever, all minerals and mineral rights of every kind and character now known to exist or hereafter discovered, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, oil and gas rights thereto, together with the sole, exclusive and perpetual right to explore for, remove and dispose of said minerals by any means or methods suitable to the -Grantor, its successors and assigns, but without entering upon or using the surface of the lands hereby conveyed, and in such a manner as not to damage the surface of said lands or to interfere with the use thereof by the Grantee, its successors or assigns, as reserved by E® CO Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V® Handorf, deceased, in a deed recorded February 20, 1957®” Deed shall reserve an easement for water line purposes on, along, over, across and under that portion of property con° veyed, described as follows: The southeasterly 8000 feet of the herein­above described parcel of land, excepting therefrom all that portion thereof lying within Lot 6 of said Block 23®
