EMERGENCY LOAN Commissioner Smith made a motion to retire the $50,000.00 emergency loan RETIREMENT made at the First National Bank, Las Vegas Branch; the date to pay in the near future. Motion seconded by Commissioner Rubidoux and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Clark, Rubidoux, Smith, Tinch and His Honor voting aye; noes none.
