Dear Sir* Referring to oar conversation regarding proposed extension of 6 8 water line in Block ? of tbs Pioneer Heights Addition, referred to in your telegram R-30 to Mr. Jeffers. As suggested we conferred with the contractor and other residents of this block with a view to securing at least 8 houses before the water company would be Justified in extending this line at its own expense. le are pleased to advise that the necessary commitments have been received, messrs. A. F. Smith Sr. and Oscar Logan each agreeing to purchase an additional service each for now vacant lots which they own in that block. With the 3 houses we are already serving, the new house Just completed for Robt. E. Carter, and the two new houses Logan has under construction on the corner. This will make the required number of 8.
