A fte r cementing p u lled up above 7" blank and washed out excess cement* fte ll stood cemented 17 hours. Cleaned out cement to 1150. Cement took weight o f d r i l l pipe from 1090 to 1 1 0 0 '. At 9* 30 A .M ., _June 1 st, ran in sm b assembly on bottom o f 4$ " d r i l l pipe and held bottom o f swabs at 1042 to make te st o f effe c tiv e n e ss o f cement job on 7” C.P. at 1094. Applied pump pressure down through d r i l l pipe. Found that mud f lu i d circu lated around the 7® blank casing a t 125#. pressure. Cement job not holding. On the same day ran a H allib u rto n formation te ste r to make a fu rth er te st o f the 7* C.P. a t 1094 and to obtain water seaples o f the zone 110 0 to 1 1 5 0 . fe s t e r was run on bottom o f J§§ d r i l l p ip e. Packer on te ste r was set at 1 0 4 2 . Put 200* o f water in d r i l l pipe above te ste r to act as a cushion. Ho bean in te s t e r. Opened Valve in te ste r at 2: 37 P.M. Closed valve in te ste r at 2:55 P.M. During the 18 minutes valve was open the f lu i d outside the d r i l l pipe dropped 100* fe e t. F lu id in sid e te ste r (in c lu d in g 200’ water cushion) was 210* below the ro tary ta b le . A l l flu id except the 200* o f water cushion on top was f a i r l y heavy d r i l l i n g mud. Cement job on 7* C.P. did not hold. H e-cemented, 7* C.P. at 1094* as follow s* Hang 4^" d r i l l pipe (w ith swab assembly on bottom) with bottom o f swab assembly at 1 0 3 5 . Pumped in through d r i l l pipe, 75 sacks o f R iverside Portland cement, none treated. Cement mixed in tank by r i g ’ s crew and pumped down by r i g ’ s pumps. A fte r cementing did not c irc u la te out excess cement but p u lled d ire c tly out o f hole. Finished dementing at 11:45 P .M ., June 1st. At 8 :3 0 A .M ., June 3rd, ran in with 6-1/8" Hughes b it and found top o f cement at 840. D r ille d out cement to 1099* V below top o f bottom p e rfo ra tio n s. Cement took weight o f d r i l l pipe at 1099. Ran H a llib u rto n te ste r with 18.97 perforated t a i l piece, (in c lu d in g bomb) below, ran te ste r on bottom o f 4s* d r i l l pipe to make te st o f 7* C.P. at 1094- Set packer o f te ste r at 1038. P r io r to opening valve, the f lu i d outside the d r i l l pipe gradu ally dropped 2 f t . , due to the p erforation s above the te ste r taking flu id .'’ -Put 200’ o f water cushion In d u ll pips above te ste r, no bean in te ste r. Opened valve in te ste r at 9:14 P .M ., closed valve in te ste r at 9*39 P.M. During the 25 minutes valve was open, there was e lig h t steady blow during f i r s t 20 minutes, balance o f time blow was by heads. No drop o f f lu i d outside d r i l l pipe. P u lle d te ste r and found flu id in d r i l l pipe as follow s* Top o f f lu i d at 242* below ta b le . From top down: 200’ water cushion, 86’ d r i l l i n g mud, then 510* water (to p 80’ o f which was muddy). T otal f lu i d in d r i l l pipe a 79 6 ’ . Upon unseating packer f lu i d outside d r i l l pipe dropped 0*6". C.P. on 7* lin e r at 1094 held O.M. Finished te st at 10*00 P.M. Juno 3rd*
