We have on hand in our Railroad Company inventory at Las Vegas, transits water pipe and couplings as detailed on the attached statement, carried exclusively for use as needed by Las Vegas Land & Water Company. It is our understanding voters of City of Las Vegas voted favorably at election September 30, 1953, that the City of Las Vegas Valley Water District acquire properties of Las Vegas Land & Water Company. We desire to sell the surplus water pipe and couplings shown on the enclosure to the City.
