White, Director Division of Public Health Engineering 325 West Street Reno, Nevada Dear Mr. White: Please refer to your letter dated March 2, 195*** submitting questionnaire on Municipal Water Supply Data - Mobilization Readiness Planning, and requesting that X fur­nish you information called for in the questionnaire. As you know, this Company is now under agreement with the Las Vegas Valley Water District to sell its water facilities at Las Vegas to them. It is my understanding that the District is now about to sell bonds with which to purchase the water facilities of this Company and that they plan to take over the operation of these facilities within the next few months. Under these conditions you will no doubt realize that the answers which I may furnish will be on the basis of the best information available to me at the present time and that any data which refers to the future development of the facilities of the water system would have to be furnished by them. In view of this situation, I am submitting the following data in narrative form and returning to you here­with both copies of the questionnaire and description of the Mobilization Readiness program submitted with your letter. 1.
