Sohamaun 520 Fremont Street Lae Vegas, Nevada Dear Sirs in reply to your letter of reoent date questioning the rate on the Barber Shop located at 520 Fremont Streets All of our rates are prescribed by the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada, and reviewing your particular setup, I find that the rate of S3.25 is correct as it stands, based on a three-chair Barber Shop # I3.00 and one toilet e 25*. No adjustment can be made on the fact that two ohairs are occupied only a part of the week, for the facilities on the property are charged for as they stand, which in this oase is three ohairs.
