On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter-agreement MNML.D. 2798, Audit No. 10746, dated March 25, 1954, with Longley Construction Co., Inc., covering construction of a concrete valve box and installation of an 8m pressure reducing valve in Charleston Blvd. at Seventeenth Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $1200.00, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement wNttL.D. 2793, Audit No. 10747, dated March 30, 1954, between LVL&WCo., called MCompanyM, and Charleston Village, Inc., called wSubdividerw, providing; 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $1,176.00, estimated cost of Installing 270 ft. of 6M cast iron water main to serve a portion of Blocks 4 and 7, Charleston Village Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of the revenue received by it from consumers located on Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Block 4 and Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Block 7, Charleston Village Tract No. 1 taking direct service from water main so installed during the ten year period following completion of said water main or until Subdivider has been repaid the cost of said water main whichever first occurs; 3 - Company to own said water main; \ -2-
