On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Seitz and Asst. Secretary Matthai in executing L.S. Deed Audit No. 5026, dated May 10, 1949, conveying to Warren A. Ferguson and Irma B. Ferguson, husband and wife, Lots 18 and 19, Block 5 of Tract No. 1867, Yermo, California, subject to; 1 - General and special taxes and assessments; 2 - An unrecorded easement across the rear of said lots granted to Southern Sierras Power Company by Grantor under date of April 1, 1928; 3 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto Grantor all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable con­sideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Assignment (C.L.D. No. 10104, dated May 12, 1949), consenting and agreeing to assignment by A.
