Subdivider at his expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately 1611+ ft. of 6 " cast iron water mains and 26 ft. of 6" cast iron fire protection lateral for 1 hydrant to serve Moss Tract N 0 . 2, Block 1 and Lots 1-10 of Block 2, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers taking direct service from water lines so installed for a period of ten years from date of completion of said installation or until Subdivider has repaid the agreed sum of #£3l|6 .00, whichever first occurs; 3. Company to own said water main; I4.. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary east-ments where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Bill of Sale, Title Guarantee and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement "N"L.D. No. 2710, dated August 19f?3» between LVL&WCo., called "Company" and Desert Development, Inc., called "Subdivider", providing: 1.
