.1 F .A .l’-2. The plans and specifications on the building that I showed you will coat something less than $7000.00 to build, and the equipment for same as per plans submitted will cost $3000.00 which will give a minimum capacity pack of three cars per day which can be increased to five cars per day by the addition of another unit which has been arranged for in tthe plan of the equipment submitted to you. This packing house is not of the “ginger bread" variety, but has the appearance of a successful plant with all the necessary modern conveniences for the successful and economical handling of Citrus Fruits. It is compulsory for us to take care of our business to have a plant at Fiverside and I think my record since your road has been in operation is reason enough for why we desire to have it on your rails and I would ask of you as a personal favor tc gi ve me as prompt a reply as possible as to whether you will build as suggested above, so that I will have sufficient time before going east to make other arrangements, however in face of the amount of business given you last year from packing houses situated on other reads I believe you will consider my application favorably from the fact that your past experience with me has proven tc you that I have underestimated rather than overestimated all business propositions put up tc you. Yours very truly. Is H Wood! 111
