Lots in Block 17- J, R* Johnson. Las Vegas, Nev., Sept. 19, 1919 Mr. J. Ross Clark, Pres,, Las Vegas Land and Water Co,, Los Angeles, CalifQrnia* Dear Sir: We sold, under Agreement, to J. R. Johnson, last October, six lots in Block 17. One-fourth of the purchase price was paid in cash, -the balance to run one year, Mr, Johnson is not at this time able to take up the entire balance, but has paid me incash and bonds |225,00.
