    BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA In the matter of the application of ) the LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY ) I & S DOCKET ) to place in effect an amended set of ) NO. 127 rules and regulations and an increased ) schedule of water rates. ) PETITION OF LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY FOR RECONSIDERATION OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE FOR REHEARING Your petitioner, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, hereinafter called "Water Company", respectfully petitions the Honorable Public Service Commission of Nevada to recon­sider its opinion and order made on August 24, 1951 upon the record already made in the above-entitled matter, or in the alternative to reopen the above—entitled matter and set the same for further hearing for the purposes of enabling your petitioner to furnish further proof, upon the ground that the said opinion and order are unreasonable and unlawful for the following reasons: I Said opinion and order deny your petitioner a hear­ing and decision in accordance with due process of law because the said opinion and order are based in material respects up­on information and evidence considered by this Commission (Note: References herein to Schedules I to VI inclusive, are to those hereto attached.)
