Adamson, The last water sample taken from the "Big Spring" but subsequently referred to as the "Little Spring" have passed the laboratory tests at the Board of Health without exception. This sample was taken direct from the Spring housing. It appears, therefore, that the trouble is in the transmission main or Weir Box as the last sample taken from the Weir Box showed an unfavorable reaction; however, it is potable with the addition of chlorine which Weir Box. is being injected in the appears to be localized, probably it could be permanently corrected by breaking the connection at the Spring House, dosing the transmission main and Weir Box with 50 PPM of chlorine for 36 hours.
