On November 10th we conferred with engineers for the manufaotur ers of chlorinating devices and pumping equipment, as result of ifcioh we submit the following joint recommendation: Include in 19^2 Budget the following items of expenditures for Railroad Company: 1. To recover some 300,000 to **00,000 QFB of water from Kiddle Spring, which water ie now contaminated by vegetable organism and flowing in open dltoh to the Lae Vegas Ranch; install a bailees A Tieman "Equleoale Visual Vacuum with assemblies to provide a seml-automatie starting and stop oper~ ation, which will bo connected into the present pump starting panel eo that chlorinetor operation will be synchronised ?
