Pahor 1030 South Haiti Street Lae Vegas, Nevada Referring to our conversation concerning water service to Pahor Tract in the vicinity of West Charleston Boulevard and Westwood Avenue* Las Vegas. To serve this Tract it will be necessary to construct 480 feet of 8 “ oast iron water main southerly in Pahor Court from a connection with the existing 24* main In Charleston Boulevard. Farther, City authorities advise it will be necessary to install two fire hydrants to provide adequate fire protection. The estimated cost of constructing necessary water sains and Installing fir© hydrant® is as follows? A. Construct 460* of 6* cast iron water main $2380.00 B. Construct $0* of 6* cast iron fire hydrant connection and install hydrants (The fire hydrants to be furnished by you at your expense.) ""IM33o0V.0o0o Total? Our contract will provide that if the actual Gost of the work shall be less than your deposit, such excess amount will be refunded to you. In the event, however, that the actual cost should exceed the amount of your deposit, you will, upon receipt of bill, reimburse the Water Company for -auch additional cost.
