Leete, Treasurer of this Company, as well as Assistant Treasurer of Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad ? ; g£9H Company, with whioh this Company is affiliated, has been oalled hy death; and WHEREAS, since the year 1901, Hr. Leete has continuously served the two companies in various capacities, always discharging his duties ably, conscientiously, uprightly and Intelligently. Kindly disposed towards all, courageous and oheerful through long-continued ill health, retiring and modest, clean-minded and with high ideals of oitisenship— his was a character that won not only the respect but the affection of all with whom he came in contact; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That in the death of William H. Leete this Company has lost a faithful and able official and the members of this Board a true and valued friend.
