(2) Where a contract or contracts shall have been entered into by the First Parties, the Escrow Agent shall pay the amount or amounts specified in the claim to the contractor or contractors to whom such amounts are due for materials supplied or work performed, and shall pay to the First Parties a sum or sums determined as hereinabove provided for services rendered by the First Parties. When all the work provided for in Section 5 has been completed and all contractors employed either by the District or the First Parties shall have been paid in full, the District and the First Parties shall so notify the Escrow Agent and thereupon any I portion of the Relocation Fund remaining in the hands of the Escrow Agent shall be paid to the District. 28d
