    LA&SL Audit No. 5354 DEED THIS INDENTURE, made this 1st day of June, 1954, by LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY (formerly SAN PEDRO, LOS AN- GELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY), a Utah corporation, Grantor, and UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a Utah corporation, Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it paid by the Grantee, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, and to its successors and assigns forever, that certain parcel of land in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, described as follows: The north 50 feet of the south 65 feet of the east 100 feet of the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 28, T. 20 S., R. 61 E., M. D. B. & M. The above described property is conveyed subject to 1. General and special taxes for the year 1954, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease- ments and encumbrances of record. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed on its behalf the day and year first herein written 1. LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY By /s/ A. K. STATE OF NEBRASKA SS: COUNTY OF DOUGLAS On this day of June, 1954, personally appeared be- fore me, a Notary Public in and for the County of Douglas, State of Nebraska, A. E. STODDARD, known to me to be the President, and _ L. J.
