Bracken and Folger in discussion of the water situation at Las Vegas. The two la st named gentlemen presented argument that we should this year have two additional w ells, to be on production before hot weather, and made some other comments concerning the production of water. I was forced to advise Mr. Jeffers that I did not concur in the need for two w ells, and assured him that the d r illin g of one new well and In stallation of pipe line together with reh abilitation of some of our existing wells would take oare of the situation fo r this year. I then commented upon the need fo r additional storage capacity. Mr. Jeffers instructed me to write him in fu ll about the storage situ ation , which I have done as per copy of my le t t e r date attached. Frank Strong
