Reinhardt, It b e i n g understood that it would either Roseoe Ross, w h o drilled our previous wells, or the Hall-Baker Company w h o h a v e p e r f ormed con s i d e r a b l e w o r k for the Union Paoifio in connection w i t h oil well operations. Zt occurs to me that under, e x i s t i n g instructions w e should put this job u p for co m p e t i t i v e bid, securing, if possible, five bidders. In the event that we are permitted to handle the Job w i t h out outting I t out for bid, I suggest that w e employ B o s o b e g o e s to drill this well, for the re a s o n that h e has drilled the other wells at Las Vegas, h i s work has been very satisfactory a n d he is thoroughly familiar w i t h the forma t i o n and conditions w h i c h will probably b e encountered at this new well.
