Herewith executed by the Federal Homes Development Inc., duplicate originals of Agreement *N*L.D. 2642 dated January 8, 1953* Recommend execution on behalf of the Water Company. Mr. Cory advises the document may be executed by you. I am also attaching duplicate originals of Bill of Sale 2642-1 fully executed by Federal Homes Development, Inc.
