As you now advise that thirty-six houses have heen completed, we are willing to enter into a supplemental agreement with Huntrldge similar in for® to the supplemental agreement respecting Unit No* 3, which will provide that we will refund for this Unit upon a pro rata basis as orovided for trait No. 3.
