E, Haranu.ll in executing Supplemental Agreement C.L.D. 14663*5 dated March 27, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and George Taguchi, withdrawing a portion of land leased for agricultural purposes, under lease agreement Audit No. 10948, dated October 1, 1963 in City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California; rental for remainder of the unexpired term, by latest extension expiring September 30, 1968 shall be $375.00 per annum, payable in advance, and except as amended and supplemented, all terms and conditions of original lease agreement shall remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
