Lear Sir:- Referring to yours of May 4th, addressed to our Mr. Rossell at Las Vegas, in which you advise you have letter from your Auditor requesting that you make collection of $50*00 from this Company to cover water to he furnished in connection with the construction of ice plant. We do not find that we made any arrangement with your Company for water to complete the construction of the plant, and would thank you to take the matter up with your Auditor, and let us have more complete information. Might add, that the arrangement referred to "by your Auditor was probably made by the contractors, E,0. Engstrom Co, of Los Angeles.
