Clark covering the Las Vegas Ranch. I understand from your letter that this property has since been deeded by Senator Clark to the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake R. R.Oov, said deed having been delivered to Mr, Whittemore by you for record at Pioche, Lincoln County, Nevada, and that said deed will be delivered to me in due timd. For your information I will state that the deed from Senator Clark to the Railroad Company has not yet been delivered to me by Mr, Whittemore, but I will place the present deed from Helen J, Stewart et al. in our files and if we do not receive the other deed shortly, we will take the matter up with Mr. Whittemore, Diet.
