Absent: City Clerk Shirley Ballinger. LICENSE FEE At this time Mrs. Esther C. Patterson, 113 Boston, distributor of Nutri- lite Good Supplement Products appeared before the Board to protest the license fee for solicitors. She explained to the Board that she did not intend to peddle but to sell only to friends and contacts made through friends and that she could not pay the $75.00 minimum fee under Ordinance No. 369.
