CANNON, CITY Attorney of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada You and each of you will please take notice that pursuant to a call this day issued by Mayor Cragin, a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, will be held in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, 5th & Stewart, on the 21st day of June 1950, at the hour of 3:00 P.M. to consider the following matters: 1. Approve Payroll Warrants 1133-34 inclusive in net amount of $24,803.17 2. Service and Material Warrants 1961 - 65 inclusive in total amount of $20,577.22, Warrant 1958 in amount $3,801.17 and I960 in amount $1.01 3. Correct minutes of May 19, 1950 4. Mrs. Esther C. SHELLEY Las Vegas, Nevada June 21, 1950 A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners held this 21st day of June, 1950 was called to order at the hour of 3:30 P.M. by His Honor Mayor E. W. Cragin with the following members present: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple; City Manager C. W. Shelley, City At­torney Howard W. Cannon and Chief Deputy City Clerk Betty Funston. Absent: City Clerk Shirley Ballinger. LICENSE FEE At this time Mrs. Esther C. Patterson, 113 Boston, distributor of Nutri- lite Good Supplement Products appeared before the Board to protest the license fee for solicitors. She explained to the Board that she did not intend to peddle but to sell only to friends and contacts made through friends and that she could not pay the $75.00 minimum fee under Ordinance No. 369.
