End of Year Chapter Report
ACTION TAKEN:
The committee members present reviewed the results of the End of Year Chapter Operations Surveys and developed goals for 2006. The chapter goals for 2006 are:
1.
Reactivate inactive members and retain current members
2.
Enhance sisterly relations with the undergraduate chapter and within the graduate chapter
3.
Develop the leadership skills of chapter members
The committee members present completed the Status Report of Chapter Objectives for 2005. Our goal to continue to reactivate inactive members was met. Eight sorors reactivated with Theta Theta Omega from January 2005 through November 2005. Our goal addressing undergraduate/graduate chapter relations was also met. Our goal to develop the leadership skills of chapter members was addressed, as six first time officers and committee chairmen were appointed.
Copies of the 2006 goals, objectives, and strategies will be distributed to sorors at the January chapter meeting.

Tally Chapter Operations Surveys
ACTION TAKEN:
The committee members present tallied the Chapter Operations Surveys that were completed at the October chapter meeting. Thirty surveys were completed. Copies of the results will be distributed at the November chapter meeting. The standards committee will meet to complete the end-of-year report in November.

Progress towards chapter goals
ACTION TAKEN:
The committee reviewed the minutes and reports from the January and February chapter meetings. Activities that addressed each 2005 goal were compiled for distribution to members at the March chapter meeting.
Goal #1 Reactivate inactive members

Invitations to the Emerald Ball were mailed to inactive sorors
•
4 sorors reactivated in January
•
1 soror reactivated in February
Goal #2 Enhance undergraduate and graduate chapter relations
•
Kappa Xi was invited to all meetings and events for the year
•
Two Kappa Xi members attended the Chapter Operations workshop in February
•
Theta Theta Omega and Kappa Xi held a joint meeting in February
•
Theta Theta Omega members helped facilitate workshops at Kappa Xi’s retreat
Goal #3 Develop the leadership skills of chapter members

A Chapter Operations workshop was held in February
•
Regional officers were appointed from Theta Theta Omega
•
Regional Conference chairmen were appointed from Theta Theta Omega
•
