HANSEN Jr. INSTRUMENT ; QUITCLAIM DEED DATE: JULY 25, 1916,CONSIDERATION--- GRANTEE: JEAN H* BAKEMAN RECORDED AUGUST 31, 19l6,BOOK 17, PAGE 453 OF DEEDS, JUAB COUNTY All of his right, title and interest in and to that certain appropriation of water j described as all of the water flowing fro® and oat of and which may hereafter be made to flow out of those cer­tain actings situated in the Northeast Quarter of Section three, Township Fifteen (15) South, Tenge I test | S.L.M* in Juab County, State of Utah; also 9/ll(nine elevenths) of Surplus Water from Levan Canyon and Fields in said County which claim of Water is for irriga­tion, culinary and domestic purposes. Said notice of appropriation is dated the 3rd day of February 1897 and recorded February IS97, in Book 17 , page 220,Number 8782. Records of Juab County, Utah , and this conveyance is intended to convey Grantors , right, title and Interest in the waters set forth in said notice of appropriation.
